Natalie Portman is a good actress but George Lucas didn't know that. That's why he directed her to be monotone. George Lucas is afraid of emotive actors.

QFT. Even a good actress like her couldn't save those scenes. Hayden Christensen isn't that bad of an actor either, Lucas' cheesy dialogues just ruined it.

In reality if I were blessed with a young lady I would love to do an Obi-Wan and Satine roleplay with her. That would honestly fill me with joy.

Well, I’m hoping I can find one who has an appreciation for more ladylike characters, but if she did, I would try to endure it if it made her happy - chances are that if she and I got together, there were many far more respectable parts of her personality that drew me to her in the first place, which I can cherish above and beyond that one fault.
