So about the early rumored leaks about Rise of Skywalker

I'm going to see it tomorrow morning. I know there's already going to be some more OT purist rubbish in this one, but I'm still going to see it principally for the sake of completeness. I'll post my verdict in spoilers afterwards.

I honestly don’t understand all the hype behind having Keanu Reeves play Revan in a KOTOR series of films. Personally I don’t think he’s that good as an actor and Revan is just pretty much an Anakin remake (a famed Jedi general especially strong with the force turns to the Dark Side and becomes one of the most powerful Sith Lords ever), so why bother with an Anakin/Vader remake when the real thing is already captured in film?

I like Keanu, he's been in some good films. It also helps that apparently he is one of the nicest and most down-to-earth guys in real life. As for Revan, I haven't played those games, so I have no opinion on it.

I like Keanu Reeves. That said I rarely watch a movie because a particular actor or actress is in it.

I think a good or bad movie mostly hinges on the director.

A bit of conversation but I just heard some true wisdom, rise of sky walker may not be great but it’s still better than cats

Also, a punch in the face by an average man is better than a punch in the face by a professional boxer.

(The Cats reviews on Rotten Tomatoes are HILARIOUS.) My favorites are "Congratulations dogs" and "Oh God, my eyes." Some of the positive reviews have taglines like "I didn't hate it."
