Interesting fact which you might already be aware of, but I've been reading the Aftermath trilogy, and Chewie's son Lumpawaroo has been reintroduced to Canon! The final fate of Jar Jar Binks has also been revealed

Does he die?... please tell me that he finally meets his end! :joyful:

Nope. He ends up as a children's entertainer. I've never read those novels but I found it out on an article. But the majority of the galaxy blame him for the rise of the Empire (even though it was Padme's fault if anybody), so he's really ended up where he started - as an outcast. Quite a poetic thing really. But then he probably likes it that way (nobody expecting big things from him anymore) and everybody else likes it that way (Jar Jar not being a politician anymore) so everyone is happy really. Most anti-Jar-Jar Star Wars fans should be satisfied that he's as hated as much in the Star Wars galaxy as he is in our own, and most pro-Jar-Jar Star Wars fans should be satisfied that he hasn't been killed in any of the excessive ways suggested by any of the anti-Jar-Jar Star Wars fans. In fact nobody can kill him because one thing Jar Jar's good at is avoiding being killed. Have a look - there are so many moments where all odds say Jar Jar should have died but somehow he manages to defy death. Nagash would not be pleased...;)

Oh, and @ravagekitteh, does Darth Vader slaughter Ahsoka in Rebels? I would be most interested to know... :peeking:

Hahaha... this is true.

I did want him to succumb to an excessively gruesome and violent end. That was my greatest regret from Episode III, I really wanted to see Vader take him down!

It's almost as if he has a guardian angel (George Lucas) looking over him. ;)

It's deliberately left ambiguous, and it's done really well. I know you don't like her, but she's one of my favourite characters. The TV shows were my equivalent to seeing the Originals and the Prequels coming out every couple of years or so, and she's the character that as a viewer, you go on the journey with. When her story finally reaches it's closure in Rebels, it's done in a really satisfying way. And even if you don't like her, she is responsible for these fantastic songs in the TV series:

So don't complain too much ;)
