Just a WIP on the next base, I decided to do 2 bases today, and I'll do the skinks over Tuesday and Monday

You could make a mini throne for the toad and make it a mini Slann

Thanks, paradoxical pacifism, I really enjoy doing the bases and think they make up a good half of the model.
I could do assassin, although I do want my army to be 'very' lore friendly as that's the kinda thing I'm going for, but it would look quite funny and cool.

That shows. I totaly agree on that. At First i was thinking of An urban jungle theme for my Seraphon... But real jungle just has More warmth and depth to it.

Yea, jungle bases are quite nice as you can cram so much in and it will still look natural. when I get to some of the bigger bases I will most likely add some trees as well.

Alright guys, I have finished the first skink and I am currently halfway through the next so you will hopefully see it finished by the end of this evening.

I'm going to have a break from doing the other skinks blowpipe and work on a base that requires less concentration as I'm getting tired now and don't want the skink to look messy.

I won't be able to do as much painting until Friday as I'm moving and redoing my desk and workspace.

Looks like my boat toad is going to be on its own base, I might have it catching and eating some insects or something cool, maybe even eating a ripperdactyle egg.

Anyhow this was my latest skink I didn't have time to take a photo of it so I quickly did it this morning:

I've counted up my skinks and I currently have 37, 10 done and I plan to buy another pack of 24 boosting me up to 61 skinks in total, I will most likely do 45 then something else then come back to them.

watch - really got me thinking, I might have 3-4 bases having mangrove trees, but not the water.

I just ordered 5 chameleon skinks and an astrolith bearer, I will paint them after my skinks and bastiladon

After centuries of work and inserting the long lost artifact of Hexoatl into the fallen gates, a great beam of light pulsed forth, the sky ablaze with an azure blue. The communion of slann spaced out equally that was pouring their power into the gate all instantaneously collapsing unconscious. Suddenly reality itself ripped and warped, leaving a great void in the center, a lone figure stepped forth from the abyss, great waves of color and light echoed throughout the world. in a panic the skinks managed to wake up their slann , all of the groggy lords stared at the figure. They all knew who the figure was. Tzcatli - he who gives strength to warriors of arms. The old ones had returned

I had some spare tau bits lying around and had the idea a while back, I will obviously redo the base but he looks pretty sick despite the armor being attacked by blu tac.
