Blog Sleepy corner

After getting second badge, console was seized by better half... She decided to relive her childhood and plays Crash Bandicoot on it. Kiddo is glued to screen over her shoulder and providing constant advices...

I think I´ll export save files and get my years old handheld from bottom of drawer... or... our anniversary is getting closer, I might get her console of her own. :D

I got whole day at modeller's club while family is resting after wave of family trips last couple of days.

Taunar is airbrushed green:

Stuart has decals varnished and ready for more work:

Halftrack is basecoated, varnished and decaled:

It still needs another layer of varnish over decals, but decal medium is working its magic, so next time.

And I also brought all those spare Quars that were printed so I don't waste space on printbeds. All based and primed. Not on picture, since it would be only showing sillouethes. :)

I still have almost hour, so I'll be gluing Easy Eight Sherman.

Since there are now only rules for skirmish games with around 10 models, trust me. You can have enough of them :D
But when full army rules come out, I'll be ready, apparently. :D

Not exactly the tractor I had in mind when writing my monthly goals, but Quar tractor nevertheless. :D

I wanted two different shades of purple divided by black squiggly line... well, I nailed the black perfectly :D

As it happens sometimes (looking at you, troglodon), I manage to mix two almost identcal shades from completelly different mixes of paints... and since speedpaint firs ed. will reactivate, I just had to go with it and quickly finish painting before it dries. Well, I still have second one :)

Adorable!

I think the squiggly line works well on the model. I also like the purplish shades you used on the tank, there is a neat color transition effect going on.
