But in very special time, new points leaked today. :D

Also, colleague printed something for me! Partially sunken Warhound titan head as terrain for Taunar and Valenir Broadside that I had prepared on bed for ages.

I was a bit nervous as I modified magnet holes to house 3mm magnets and wasn't sure if it will fit nicely. It did. :)
 
I picked up someone's second hand 3D printed scans of blightlord terminators. They were cheap and I thought that those are low poly ugly scans that were floating on the internet while back, so I can practice on them before I paint real ones sitting primed in box. When they came I realised that those are profi scans, so I now have two units. :)

This time it was old twice paint stripped pox, because as he said (roughly translated): "my armoured man needs some monster to fight against."

Yesterday, I picked up prints from colleague. He went crazy assembly line mode and printed 6 beds for me. :D
I got up at 5 AM today to process them and it took me 4 hours of desupporting, cleaning and curing.

It doesn't look like much right now, but that right here are three full units of crisis battlesuits with all weapon options, unit of 10 lizardmen auxiliary (count as Tau breachers), 10 drones and single SM terminator for fun.
I have plenty of work for next year. :)
 
For the last two weeks, I´ve been unable to do any focused painting, so I ended up cleaning parts when kiddo was warching movies or eating (antibiotics took his apetite, that was never huge to begin with, so piece of toast took him about 20 minutes) and then brush priming so I don´t mess anything up when I have to get up to to something unexpectedly.

It all ended up in having 38 US rangers for Bolt Action ready for painting.
I know I have list of what I would like to finish this year, but I just needed to do couple of minis to figure out if you paintscheme looks ok. :)

I might change harness colour to match back pouch on guy on right to differentiate it a bit from jackets, because Jackets are "Vallejo Khaki Drill" and all the pouches are what I mixed from army painter and it is the same bloody colour! :D

Anyways, with this out of the system, back to the list. :)
 
Finally! Taunar body is on base... At least skeleton base... But it is standing and that is what counts. So far three tubes of superglue and about 20cm (8") of steel rod for pinning.

And here is shot to compare it to crisis suit on 50mm base. And yep, that is head of Warhound titan he's standing on. :D

I feel a bit better. Finally each step doesn't feel like moving through mollase and urge to sleep doesn't come every few hours. Coughing is still bad and I am spitting pools of Nurgle's rot.
But I got hobby time today!

I don't trust myself with detail brush yet, so I drybrushed... and drybrushed... and drybrushed :D

4 more rangers and 18 airborne and I am finished for now... Till new small starter with 12 more rangers arrive, but those will wait till april for new US army book.
 
I like magnetising. It provides options previously only achievable through buying another kit. But it can be quite intimidating... This is single crisis suit unit with magnetised weapons... 3 models... Duck!

Also, I assembled few parts of Tau auxiliary breachers, that colleague printed for me in november. Few heads were misprinted and I put only 9 hands on plate. :D Will continue when he prints again.
