8th Ed. Slaan lores

Having added the slaan to my army I am trying out different lores.
I have had some success with death but with the wrong rolls its just snipes without loremaster.
Light seems a good option too?
I really fancy Fire and was wondering is anyone using this on their slaans? How does it work with the army?

The 8th ed Tactica index I shamelessly support in my signature also has a link for Death and general lore selection (though admittedly the general lore selection is a little out of date).

As I play more experimental games I'll try to add a thread or two on specific lores if someone else doesn't beat me to it.

Hello,
Fire is a good option for certin army types. You have 2 very good spells in that lore (Cage and Sword). A handy signature, and some decent DD spells.
I'm a freak because I use Heavens on my Slann and it works great As for death, Its usually is just snipers with this lore Shadow is a good option too, It has a wonderfull synergy with our Army, death has a nice one too, but shadow in my opinion is better.
