All you ambitious modelers who have much more skill than me and have managed to successfully convert Saurus to ride Dark Elf Cold Ones out there - I bet you have a ton of parts lying around that belongs to the Knights that you don't know what to do with.

Well, good news - I'd just love to take them off your hands!

If you've got any spare torsos, heads, lance arms or muscian arms, please hit me up with a PM and we'll sort something out.

TONS. :D
(not me though)

It's probably the most common conversion on the site.

That's why I'm hoping to get lucky :p

I believe it's as simple as chopping of the high back on the elf saddle,
and gluing on ours, possibly with a blob of green stuff under it.
If you wanted to get fancy, you could carve off the elfin reigns,
and green stuff some scales as a patch, or just glue on some lizardy bits.

Just to clarify, I'm after the left over Dark Elf parts, not doing the conversion myself ;)

Doh I missed that last line.

Unfortunately the dark elves I used were all ready assembled. The glue used was some serious stuff. The bits are in pretty rough shape, and I don't even know how many mangled torsos I bothered to save...

I've got maybe 5 or so DE knights that I won't be using, however they are already built.

Let me know if that's any use to you.

Cheers

Always when I am doing conversions, this is my first bet. They usually are quite well supplied, and not that expensive. If you really need the bits, this is a very good and reliable shop.

In fact, I ordered about 12 of the Cold One mounts there.
