This was me and Archie trying the big guys for a change.
I played Seraphon, Archie Maggotkin
We used the open war cards and got the following.
Objective: most wounds caused by turn 5 wins
Deployment: board ends deploy 12"
Twist: Add 2" to all movement
Archie had 105 wounds, me 67 so I got a twist card and that was, set up a destroyed unit in your movement phase.

Now we neglected a few things to keep it simple but used the battalions.
Turn 1
Archie wins the roll and makes me go first.
I put shield on the Basilidon move the skinks up right and left, plant the bearer and that's it.
Maggotkin all run nothing in range.
Turn 2
Archie wins, he moves the 20 plague bearers up and they can now charge the 10 skinks on the left, everything else moves up nothing in range. He charges the skinks and makes it killing all 10.
I move everything up a tad but don't commit anything yet.
Turn 3
Archie wins , he moves everything up but still not in range, the 20 bearers fail a charge on my Stegadon.
I cast shield on the stegadon, keep the bearer planted and move the basilidon and Eotg in range of the GUO.
I shoot Arcane bolt, Solar and Eotg get D6 mortal wounds all into the GUO causing a whooping 10 wounds.
Stegadon charges the 20 bearers and causes 10 wounds in return for 2 wounds.
Turn 4
I win and I cast shield on the Stegadon, teleport the Basilidon behind the GUO with a roll of 6 yeah you know what's coming, keep the banner planted. I cast bolt on the remaining 10 Bearers killing 2, Solar into the GUO causing 5 wounds, hes on 1 now. Eotg roll D6 mortals again I cast it on a unit of drones, I roll a 6 killing one.
Movement phase I bring back the unit of dead Skinks, Archie's face was a picture.
I charge the Basilidon into the GUO killing him, woot.
remaing bearers attack the Segadon no wounds, he attacks back wiping the unit.
Archie concedes, I may have missed bits but Archie caused 23 wounds, I caused 44
Conclusion
Keep your distance and maggotkin can be picked off, thunderquake is really fun and strong, I have to say that miniwargaming BR have helped me alot.
