Darn. I tried to get here to post this first. Ha ha.
I like the look of this character, and I think it would make a nice alternative Skink Starpriest or even Skink Priest. Plus, it's nice to see that at least one of blasted rumor engines was about Seraphon.
 
I mean, it's a great model, of course. But, I don't know about you guys, I've already got four Skink Priests. In fact, I'd actually say quite firmly that I think the Skink Starpriest is more attractive model, personally. This new guy won't even stand out amongst my hordes of Skinks, Skink Priests, and Skink Chiefs - I'm sure of it.

I want more diversity, and replacing of things we only have in resin or metal. The Chameleon Skink was a step in the right direction. I wish we could get a Kroxigor or Slann instead of just more Skinks.

All of the skinks look great and i like how more primal the skinks look. The saurus doesn't do it as much for me but it still looks pretty good. This makes me wish for resculpt for skinks and chameleon skinks.
 
I like the look of this Seraphon warband, overall, even though I don't play Underworlds anymore. As I've said before, I might buy this to use as alphas in units, or a priest/starpriest proxy or as an oldblood/sunblood proxy (conveniently with a mace-like weapon). They'll be push-fit, so shouldn't be too hard to put together.
 
Like the skinks but that Saurus is the same pose as the bloodbowl ones...

Overall im a bit underwhelmed which is a shame because the bar had been set high on stuff like warcry warbands.
 
Wholly underwhelmed by all but the priest and chameleon, which I utterly love.

But... that void sphere. THAT I want to know the sigmar rules for.
 
This is pretty disappointing tbh... When I first saw the chameleon I was hyped, and the priest/starpriest leader furthered my excitement. But the rest is all downhill imo. If the majority of the warband was going to be skinks, why not make it all chameleons with different poses? We already have plastic skinks, and the existing chameleons are pretty bad and metal/fine cast. The saurus model is also pretty lame, woulda been nice to have a new krox sculpt in its place. O well, I'll prob just buy one to use for some hero models instead of the 6 or so I would have bought if there were more chameleon sculpts... GG GW

I personally like the models. I still think the Chameleon Skink looks too much like a real chameleon holding a blowpipe, but the other sculpts look nice. The pose isn't that good on the Oldblood, though. Hopefully it's possible to pose him differently without too much difficulty.

I know that a lot of us were hoping that there would be more things we could use as replacements for older models, but obviously GW is approaching it from Underworlds and not the main AoS game. Hopefully the rules for the warband will be interesting enough to include them in some army lists :)
