Looks like a solid list.
I would consider dropping one unit of Skinks down to 10 and taking the Balewind Vortex and Chronomatic Cogs endless spells.

List indeed looks good so far.
I am personally not the biggest fan of Salamanders, but in units of three they can be pretty nice.

I too prefer Razordons.

Also 2 units of handlers are maybe not necessary as slann could give whole army rerolls of one to hit for razordons. Definately needed for salamanders 12" range
