So inspired by Jeff Kent's Adepticon list, i took what i have already learnt and applied the concept of the all in skink cloud and came up with this
P.S this does mean i have just ordered 9 Terradons

Well i am just about to go on holiday for 4 weeks so i will try when i get back. I played a game yesterday vs Dark elves with a win. I am going to drop 1 salamander with naked skink chiefs which again i will explain the reasons why in depth later

You refuse to enter combat with anyone except hunting warmachines with the Terradons and holding up threats with eh Scar Vets. From there you shoot and magic the opponent to death. The key really is in the lore of magic dilemna that death and Tettoeko throws up.
If you try to castle up, the cloud can manuever how it pleases and shoot you from safety while you catch early game comets from tetto and late game purple suns from the Slann.
If you rush it with a 3 block warhammer army then your weak points will get charged by scar vets and your blocks will get redirected, shot, purple sunned.
You correctly point out that the list has no means of breaking steadfast, but with death magic and iceshard blizzard you don't need it, the death snipes kill generals/bsbs leaving the blocks on their base leadership which then gets hit by doom and darkness and iceshard blizzard for -3/-4 leadership. This means they start running away from panic tests.
You are correct in that while the army excels at W/L/D it can still struggle in a 20-0 system, but that will really depend on how much it breaks the meta. At Adepticon where it was a meta breaking army I would've received ~80 points from my 5 games. That said the army is now pretty outdated in the European and NZ Scene due to the rising popularity of elves. Dark Elves and Wood Elves will table this army all day and all night at a competitive level. That said a saurus based army will do even worse. I am keen to try out the Polish ETC flying circus list in the future though, but for now I've moved onto Dark Elves and haven't played lizards since Adepticon.

Seriously, I get to do all of the movement control antics that the skink cloud offers and have 4 amazing flying characters on top who can take the fight to the enemy on a scale cowboys can only dream of. I absolutely love it.
That said I will be trying to get the lizard flying circus working locally in 2015.
