Scum and villainy game thread

(I'm not sorry to see Bryan go. He wanted me killed just for joining late.)

Conwar rushes to his generals side, striking at any gors within range with his sword and pistol butt. "Death to the enemies of the empire!" he shouts, "Revenge for our fallen comrades! To the general!"
 
Novatomato changes the angle of his attacks and tries to sweep the gors feet out from under it, at the same time, he pushes forwards with his shield, hoping to topple the large creature and intending to finish it off quickly so he can run to the aid of the Hunted.

(OOC I guess this is the time in which to vote so I'm going to VOTE: Abstain.)
 
Warriors, you fight very well, may Sigmar protect you until this battle is over.
I see our supposed to be sleeping soldier is back on his feet, that's good.

*Rushes towards a Gor looking unusually stupid*

"DIE FOUL CREATURE!"


The screaming gor is suddenly pierced through the heart by strewarts 2 handed sword. Yanking the blade up and out of the creatures shoulder in a spray of blood, strewart turns to see conwar smash a gor in the face with his pistol before slashing it's throat and letting the creature roll down the hill. Novatomato blocks the gors blow with his shield before spinning and taking out the creatures legs. Once it was on the ground, he stabbed the creature with ease, ending its pitiful life. The hunted was fighting with the gor when suddenly a huge warhammer sent the beast reeling back before smashing open it's head on the ground, Hellbreaker simply smiled. Celtic suddenly rushes into the fight next to him and swings his stalf at a gor's gut, sending it reeling before a hammerstorke by hellbreaker finished it off....

Strewart charged down the hill at the last gor, cleaving it in two with his two handed sword....

Once again the day of fighting had left the soldiers exhausted, they were to tired to move on, and held a quick memorial for the dead Bryan before heading to sleep, to awake in the morning without any losses

OOC: lol just beat me to the post! No vote from day2, got too carried away with 'busting up Gor.

Day 3 eh, lets see what unfolds... If we don't start coming to some conclusions, then we'll be in trouble...
 
Hmmm no more assassinations, this is good. They stop after bryannabo is killed in battle. To be honest, he is/was my biggest suspect since he blatently said in a post that he wanted to kill Eternity_Warden. I feel we may have got the traitor, but do not relax as there could be more.

We need a day to lick our wounds, rest and recover. All injured stay in the med tent, those who can hunt for food (first person to bring me a gor to eat gets b!tch slapped) and gather firewood, post a sentry too.
 
"I volunteer to hunt," Conwar says eagerly, "I'll go now." Before he leaves, Conwar takes a bow and a quiver of arrows because he knows his sword and pistol will not be sufficient. He trecks off into the woods, keeping a sharp eye out for prey.

*Hefts a sturdy axe taken from a fallen Gor

No use damaging the Emperors tools when the locals are so accommodating!
 
The Hunted, stunned from the sudden death of his direct opponent, slumbers back to his tent. Sitting down slowly, clearly having trouble with all the fighting both physically and somewhat mentally.
" General, sir" He stumbles. "Would you mind if I go to sleep right now, I'll try to be fresh in the morning sir".
That said, he finds his bow and puts it back where it belongs. Simply staring and waiting in the now slightly cold breeze. He doesn't notice.

after i sees to tha wounds 'round camp il be takin' the sentry pos'. nature tells mo than an wood elf waywatcher. than i ha'e help. *after a few muttered words, a fen beast springs up out of nowere.* poison donna harms dis thing. :meh:
 
Celtic stood on the hill looking out to the forest where the hunters were, all seemed quiet...too quiet...

Suddenly off in the distance black smoke started billowing up from the forest

Screaming and saluting to the general, Celtic pointed to the distance "General sir! There seems to be a disturbance in the forest....you may want to take a look at this...."

Dreagrass and conwar went together into the forest at dawn to hunt, oddly enough, there didn't seem to be any gors around. The two had a splendid time hunting down a heard of deer, killing two and dragging them back to the camp before the sun was even fully in the sky....

Upon their arrival they noticed the others sitting on the hill and staring into the distance. Smoke billowing up from the tree's.

"What the bloody hell is that?" Dreadgrass exclamed, pointing his axe at the disturbance...

Strewart didn't need to pull out a map...he knew, that was the direction of ostagar

"You boys didn't run into any gors did you....they moved off to help attack Ostagar....and now the town has fallen to chaos..."

Silence fell upon the group as they begun to cook the deer.
 
General Sir! We may need to be moving on Sir! Now the Beasties have taken the town, we'll need to rendezvous with the nearest bastion and get news to the Emperor that Ostagar has fallen...
 
Ay I say we head carefully and quietly toward Ostagar and seek for survivors, as well as scout out the size of the chaos force so we can give a better report back.

(OOC: Does anyone else find it a little strange that assassins are going for a group of tired soldiers..?)
 
Novatomato begins the process of dismantling the campsite, beginning with the tents.
"If its not to presumptuous of a private to offer advice sir" he says to General Strewart as he disassembles the generals tent, "we may want to establish a marching order for the days mission."
 
(hahaha! survivors? Only if someone else randomly wants to start playing...but since there being added in game, you might end up with more enemies, from amongst you OR the newbies you'll never know!... (as like 3 people have been added since game start!))
 
OOC: I think we're getting to the point of voting, I've got a few hunches, but nothing solid enough to go on yet... If my hunch pans out then I'll be able to vote next week

Even though Ostagar has fallen, soldiers, I believe that we must travel there and take Ostagar back from chaos.
Xenophobia of the wretched beastmen and chaos forces must not stop us, we need supplies and we must take responsibility of our failures. Only then can we redeem ourselves before Sigmar and he in turn protect our souls.
Death before cowardice and failure! Independently we must fight before we have redeemed ourselves!
All of us here in this very camp, all though mighty warriors, must now succeed where we failed, we must take back Ostagar from the hands of chaos.
Listen to me, soldiers, we must fight for the empire, we must protect the lands of the empire, we shall take Ostagar back from chaos and nothing shall stop us!

After finishing to dismantle the camp site (on his own I might add, it seems everyone else was to preoccupied with Ostagar to give him a hand) he dusts his hands, picks up his newly acquired sword and his trusty spear and shield. And approaches the group of men standing on the hill. "Private Novatomato reporting ready to move out, volunteering for the vanguard position."
