The one person who voted in the first round when there were no clues to go on. Who most wants people dead quickly? Hellbreaker. This is where my vote goes.

Ay indeed I thought it was a reasonable assumption. Glad to see others gunning for the idea too, KroxigorsFTW. Lets weed out this assassin early and get on with the drinking and the trip to shore!

Hmmm... I still don't trust the old wizard, but you've got me convinced here.

Vote change: Hellbreaker

Hmmm... I'm suprised I have no yet met my maker at the bottom of the deep blue yet, despite my long slumber in the hold. Very kind of you good sirs [I've been unable to access a computer for the past week].

A person who wants people dead quickly is either a very dumb assassin or a very smart sailor. The faster people die the less the murders come into effect.

Why would an assassin be dumb to want people executed, kroxigor? Last time I checked, their goal was to be the last ones left standing, not to kill everyone personally. Or are you saying the assassin would be dumb to advertise the fact that they want people dead and thus draw suspicion from you? Unless of course you're the assassin and we should kill you? o_O

Please explain your reasoning to me! :(

*Edit* Also, it does not necessarily make a smart sailor to start killing immediately. There is such a huge chance of simply shortening the fuse, not putting it out. (hey that was a nice metaphor!)

Going out on a hunch... Using mystical powers and seeking guidance I have come to a logical conclusion... Kind of.

I set a trend, warden, by observing how your talk of razors and cutting was stalked by death. It seems now that a black mark has been placed in turn upon you.

edit: OOC: it must be so fun for the killers and the organizer to watch what everyone says and how they justify themselves.

Oh no! It's like in treasure island! The black spot! I have been "marked"!

You sound pretty devious, old man.

OOC: I agree, Revered_Guardian must be laughing his butt off at our arguments and suspicions!

Spoken like a true slann... but are you sure your ruminations have not been befouled by the taint of chaos?
i.e. please reconsider killing me! I'm not keen to join the death thread! :P

Wow, as a huge fan of puns and someone who laughed at Eternity_Warden's, I be feelin ill on this ship that lynches someone for a pun. Maybe I should keep my own razor sharp wit to myself. I'll not jump on the wagon, I'm sticking with the bloodthirsty hellbreaker, no suspicion was thrown his way in the last game after early aggression he has lulled everyone into a sense of security.

OOC: As the organiser of the last one, I must say that yes it was fantastic fun watching everyone's trains of thought derailing. :P

If we pass off an oppertunity to kill, not only do we have no votes to analyse (the surest proof of guilt is a record of voting in concert with the same 2-3 people consistently) but we give the murderers a free kill.

Furthermore, the fewer innocents that vote, the higher % chance that the assassin votes can chose who dies. If for instance, only 5 people vote (the rest abstaining) and 3 of them are assassins...

Appropriately and amusingly the death thread seems to be dead! :D

Well you can hardly have an involved and exciting conversation with just 1 person can you? :P

Argh I not be changin my vote.

Possibly true! Maybe he was just having a good time?

Pfft. I calimed that in the last topic, no one believed me. Don't worry, you'll get over it (i hope, oh and BTW no hard feelings) and then you can hold a thread! (and learn not to incriminate yourself.)

Yer, I will do.

I will go get me sum mo' grog, an' possibly sum rum, 'cause 'tis is my last days on 'tis ship.

*Still sad face*

(OOC: Hey, it was actually fun this, being pointed out as an assassin. :D )

(it is)

So far, as we are still a day or two from update, there are

3 votes for hell!

3 votes for Eternity!

And you need 5 to seal the deal(s)!

*reads rules again carefully* ...aha, I understand...
execution needs > 50% votes

OOC: So what happens in a tie? And Hunted probably isn't gonna vote, I seem to remember him saying he was having trouble accessing interwebz...
