AoS Saurus Sunblood command ability - use in any phase?

Hello everyone,

As the title states my question relates to the Saurus Sunblood ability:



Although the ability's wording states that it lasts until your next hero phase, it doesn't specify that the command ability has to be used in the hero phase.

This is important due to the limited range of the command ability. Being able to use it in the end of your movement phase significantly increases its usefulness - (In my opinion at least).

So, how do you play it?

The range sure is bothersome on abilities like that, but unless otherwise specified in the description of the command ability, it can only be used in your hero phase.
