8th Ed. Salamander or Razordon?

Hey guys,

I want to incorporate either a Salamander or a Barbed Razordon, but I'm not sure which. I've heard that Sallies are better, but I hate the models and prefer the Razors ! Do you think I could field the Razordon models as Sallies?

In friendly games, you should have no problems doing that. What is to stop you from painting your razordons in a fiery fashion and calling them sallies or razordons (when you want to ). They are GW models, so they should even be tournement legal as long as you tell you're opponent what model it is.

Personally, I find Salamander outperform Razordons every time. Which is a shame, because I do like those Razordon models a lot too.

Okay, thanks I'll buy Razordon and use him as a Sallie. Does anyone know any website that I can order Warhammer from, besides GW? It'd have to be cheap, and reliable.

I second that. In 8th edition, the sallie is amazingly good. I used a unit of 3 against HE yesterday. During the first round of shooting (from the sallies) I hit 18 models and wounded 13 of them. It was awesome.

They even have a points program, so you can save money after you've spent a lot there. They ship pretty fast too in my experience.
