Based on the spike in the arm and the skin, I guess some kind of undead unit. Something for FEC?

These two definitely make me think another Warcry set is on the way with a new collection of scenery, though there have been worrying signs that there may be a big Flesh Eater Courts release on the horizon as well.

My first thought was: more Seraphon????
But after a longer look it looks more like the claw of a bird, the vulture kind, along with the candles it could be a wizards bird-companion.

I agree that it feels "undead" and likely something for FEC. Do you not like that faction?

In part I don't because they're Vampires (just Ghoulish Vampires rather than standard ones), and in part I'm worried about all this because it'll piss me off that they and Sylvaneth (a faction I particularly loathe) got a second wave of models in 3rd yet Fyreslayers and Kharadron didn't, especially given that the former is particularly in need of new units and not new unnamed hero models.

Yes, we've talked a couple times about the fact that Fyreslayers seem to have been forgotten. I agree that they could use a little model love.

I would say some kind of animal. From the hanging moss/slime, maybe an undead or Nurgle model? Possibly Sylvaneth? I guess it could even be part of a monster/animal skull as a piece of terrain.
