To me it looks like a decorative skull as well. By guessing 'measurements' of this Rumour I think it also could be something Dwarf-related, but indeed to curly...

It does not feel LotR to me though.

To me this looks like some piece of wargear (artillery?) of a death faction.
The hook on the bottom here seems to be the Rumour Engine of yesterday with the flask.

Aye, the claw is most likely from the Slaangors. Looks like a lot of potential undead stuff, or just multiple pictures from a single model, lol!
