Hmm. It definitely looks more fantasy than 40K to me. The decoration on the boot makes me think elves, but the square cut toe feels more human, so maybe Cities? With what looks like a small skull on the boot, it could even be more vampire pirate stuff (just to keep feeding that rumor, ha ha).

Or, I guess it could be something for LoTR?
