* There are more than 8 powers. Making the slann immune to miscasts IS one of them
* the power to direct a miscast onto an enemy wizard IS a 1 use only item
* the slann is NOT a large target however, in terms of the unit, he can rise and sink back, so he can cast as if he is large (ie. target anything he can see, etc as he does now)...but you can't target him directly
* Kroak does have just 1 spell..but it has various casting costs. It's highest form is around 20 (yes, so once again, he has the highest casting cost spell). It apparently, he states, is a large area of effect that goes out around him. At it's highest, it's basically an entire 4 ft x 4 ft board (the game tables at scar town centre are smaller than standard WH tables). It does some # of str 4, 5 or 6 hits to each unit....not sure on the # or the strength but apparently demons take a higher strength value compared to non daemons.
That does sound cool but a 20 casting cost power level..sounds a bit high....
No idea if he counts as an army standard, etc.
and immune to miscast is not one of them)
