7th Ed. rough 3k point list for ard boyz

Im thinking of taking

1 SMP-3 discp,

1 SMP-1 discp

1 EOTG with lev 2 SP

1 EOTG with lev 2 SP

1 skink cheif with SWP on ancient stegadon(may go with reg stego)

SKink priest lev 1

2 blocks of 16 saurus warriors, one with spears

2 blocks of 10 skirmishing skinks

1 squad of 18 temple guard

2 salamansders

1 razordon

I have more skinks, and i have to rough out the list with magic items, but this is a rough draft. Definatly going with the cup of old hands, mainly for the second scenario. just imagine, rolling a miscast,, popping the cup of hands and then rolling a 2!!!! you just killed whichever mage you can see on your enemies side, and done aoe damage to boot. Arent VC generals mages?????

get 3 lores, same as above, make one slann BSB and the other General

make it ancient for S6 2D6 charge.

He's not really doing much, drop him imo, unless you use him as a DD caddy with lvl2+diadem+scroll or something

drop both of these for 16 TG, a couple of 50 point skink units and a unit of 10 blowpipe skirmisher skinks, as well as 2-3 units of 3 terradons

2 blocks of 10 skirmishing skinks

1 squad of 18 temple guard

18 is a weird number, use 16 for 5x4 with slann

2 salamansders

1 razordon

change these to 3 solo salamander squads, and get extra handlers for all 3

As for general items, warspear on the chief as noted, cupped on one of the slann, tepok and possibly wardrums on one of the EotGs, 3-4 scrolls. Black cube thing is nice instead of a DS, as there will be lots of magic heavy (DE, VC etc) who would be hurt by losing a round of magic (say they want to get some vital magic charges off).

You probably can't afford all the changes I suggest but it should give you a general idea what's needed. More skinks in all their wonderful forms, as well as another unit of wonderful TG!
