Firstly, a quick hi to everyone, this is my first post, although I have been a "ghost" on the forums for a while.
Been playing Warhammer for 18 years, mainly O&G and High Elves.
Started a Lizardmen force towards the end of 7th Edition, mainly running Oldblood on Carnasaur, lots of Kroxigors and Skinks.
Wanted to try something different for 8th, and this is what I'm come up with so far (not going to post point values due to rules)
Slann, 2 powers (mystery, rumination), bsb, cupped hands
Scar Vet, Great Weapn, light armour, potion of toughness
19 TG, full command, Razor Banner
Scar Vet, Great Weapn, light armour, Venom of the firefly frog
23 Sarus, full command
Scar Vet, Great Weapn, light armour
23 Sarus, full command
10 Skink Skimishers
10 Skink Skimishers
6 Chameleons
6 Chameleons
2 Salamanders
2 Salamanders.
This leaves me a little over 260 points left to spend. Ideally I'd like either a hammer unit or something to protect one flank, or perhaps both.
Anyone have any suggestions? The only thing is, I'm not a fan of Stegadons
. I had in mind 2 Razordons for one flank, and then a Sarus Scar Vet on Cold one to act as a "mini hammer"
