8th Ed. Relatively fluffy list for expansion. (escalation)

Meaning i'm not really going for the super competitive or regarded such as anyways.

I was thinking of going:

Heroes:

Skink Chief w/ La, Enchanted shield, Ironcurse ingot - General.

Skink Priest lvl 1


Core:

Skink cohort x 22 w/ poison and FC.


Special:

Rippers x 3

Chamo x 6

Your goal list has Beasts listed for all of your priests, but I think you might get a nice punch in this 500 point version if you took heavens. If you roll Thunderbolt or Chain Lighting, that'll give you some Str 6 power.

Or a well placed/timed comet could take out an entire 500 point army, so you could force your opponent to make some tough decisions in the movement phase.

And good ol' Ice Shard could be really nice against a war machine army that is so small it only has 1 war machine.

Against an army with only one warmachine i think i have the response team x2

The main advantage i see in beast is that ckink cohorts really weren't made to be the Core choice in a 500 pt game i think.

I feel like i'd have to get wyssans off on them to really make them work, then offcourse, i could also just win by smashing down a comet, and the -1 to be hit is also useful if i end up casting it on a combat unit.

i will defo consider heavens! it does seem to have good synergy with the pts value, there's way more spells i could use well. and re rolling ones in a bubble with so many 6 to win troops wouldn't be shabby either.
