8th Ed. Questions pertaining to Magic Banners

I have a couple question about the usage of Magic Banners.

#1 Multipule Magic Banners:
For example if a Slann is the BSB and is equipped with the "Eternal Flame" magic banner (Flaming Attacks)
and he is in a unit of Temple Guard, who may also have a magic banner, for example the Armour Piecing Banner; do those effects combine?

#2 Can a regular Scar Vet Hero (who is not the BSB) opt to take a magic banner as his magic item, say +1 Move banner?

#3 If yes to #1 and #2 if the Scar vet then joined that Temple Guard unit for example #1 would all banners be in effect?

Wasn't sure if ScarVet can take a banner, pretty sure I heard people complaing about how saurus can't have a banner unless its via the BSB.
Would be awesome if they could.

It says in the book:

Magic Items:
Any, up to 50 points.

Any reads to me as Any, so I am assuming the answer is "Yes" a Scar Vet can take a Magic Banner.

It specifically says in the magic banners section of the BRB that a character may not take a magic banner unless they are the BSB, so no to question #2.

Yep thats correct, effects from the Slann banner and TG banner will combine but characters cannot take a magic banner unless they are the BSB, and obviously you can only have 1 in an army.
