Is the file on qmtemplates up to date? It's missing the Bastilidon. If you have time please email the template to me at my user name @ gmail dot com. I'll be happy to host this file from my website for you guys.
 
Just sent my template to the last few people who posted in this thread.

It does look like someone has posted a link in the QM twitter feed to a LM template. You can get it here:

I haven't looked at that template, but I assume it's fine. For anyone coming to this thread now, please use the link above and that template so I don't need to keep sending mine out :meh:

It looks to me like qmtemplates.com is not updating. The site does not currently have an updated LM template, and I submitted mine the day after the book came out.
