when i click to open i only see open not open in. Is it my fail or something else? open or open in newpage and i only get the infomation on a huge notpad.

You need to get your email through the mail app on an iPhone or iPad. If you try to access web mail through your browser it won't work.

I have sent to QMtemplates. It's up to them now to post it. Also just resent it to you.

Your reference to "open or open in new page" tells me that you are accessing Gmail through the Safari browser on your iPhone/iPad. You obviously need to use the browser if you are downloading a template from QMtemplates, but you should not use the browser to get a template that has been emailed to you. Again, you need to use the mail app to get your email, in which case when you tap the attachment you will be given the option to "Open in Quartermaster".
