Oof, this is a toughie... one can only save three of these, when there are 6 I have any general interest in saving...

I can certainly kick out Buffy, Supernatural, Once Upon a Time, The Walking Dead, Firefly and Sherlock, as none of those are in my interest to watch.

In the case of Batman, I only hold any interest in the old 60s series which I watch more for amusement for anything else, and certainly don't take seriously. While it'd be a shame to see my DVD boxset vanish out of existence, it certainly wouldn't break my heart to see this franchise go either.

From here on out things start to get tricky.

In recent months I have started to watch Doctor Who, starting with the Jon Pertwee era, the first in colour. I'm very much enjoying classic Who... funnily enough the stories are generally more intelligent and try to experiment more than the original Star Trek ever did, and I've got a lot still to discover with the 4th and 5th Doctor eras coming up. The 6th-7th Doctor eras look more trippy, but I'll probably still give them a watch, and Paul McGann's sole TV outing as the 8th Doctor in the film is also something I want to see. I might also give the Tennant and Smith eras a try too given I did enjoy a couple of the Smith episodes back when they were shown in the early 2010s. There is a lot still to explore here, and I'm hesitant to give up the opportunity to do so just yet.

Meanwhile with Star Trek... to be honest I wouldn't mind giving up the Original Series and associated films (which are watchable but not must-keep material in my view), or the first few seasons of Next Generation where it really struggled to get to its feet (apart from the times Q paid the ship a visit, something went awry on the Holodeck or Data's humanity was discussed). Even Series 1 of DS9 is a bit slow, with many of the episodes focusing on the completely uninteresting and unremarkable race that is the Bajorans, complete with petty disputes the rest of the galaxy cannot give two figs about. However, I cannot cherry-pick - giving up Trek would also mean sacrificing the quality later episodes of Next Generation, the Next Generation-era films, the rest of DS9, Voyager and Enterprise, all of which I find generally great. The win-loss ratio here doesn't look promising.

Game of Thrones... I am very much enjoying watching the series at the moment, currently I'm up to Series 6, and I've also watched House of the Dragon Series 1. However, the dreaded Season 8 is still to come :p. Moreover... though I'd probably want to watch it all again, I'm not sure I'd actually want to keep watching the saga of sex, death and backstabbing if it meant sacrificing

Star Wars... no way am I throwing away the Prequel Trilogy or Rogue One, even if I do have to keep watching the Original Trilogy to fill in the rest of the story. I've still got to see Andor too, if Disney in all their technocratic arrogance ever decide to release it in physical format. All the garbage I am already used to ignoring, so nothing will change there. Not to mention I'm very much enjoying playing the old RTS Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds right now. Star Wars is definitely still a keeper.

The Lord of the Rings... interesting (albeit irritating) that the meme maker continues to follow the growing trend of ignoring the Hobbit films and just talking about the original trilogy, rather than listing the option as Middle-Earth to cover the whole story. However, perhaps that irritation could become an advantage... would this theoretically mean, as written, only the Lord of the Rings trilogy would be canned if I didn't select this option? Though I'm enjoying rewatching it at the moment, and it still holds a place in my heart, I still prefer the Hobbit a whole lot more as a story and a film trilogy, and if I can use this rule to keep it and ditch LoTR, then that will help my decision-making enormously.

Harry Potter... like Star Wars, this is another franchise particularly dear to my heart, and as with Star Wars, I ignore the rubbish (in this case the weirdness in the Fantastic Beasts 2nd and 3rd films and the needless reboot series) anyway, so this is another must-keep.

To be honest, right now I would likely keep Star Wars, Star Trek and Harry Potter, as those three all have a lot of media I'm particularly fond of, and drop Lord of the Rings, GoT and Doctor Who alongside the rest.
