D might be all ground floor, so D.

(Stairs are an absolute dealbreaker for me @NIGHTBRINGER unless any of the others come complete with Footmen who can fetch things from higher floors...and the Footmen could be quartered up there I suppose...)
 
E: I want to live in a treehouse; my wife won't let me live in a treehouse. See honey! It isn't actually a treehouse!!!
