Only saw this thread now, but I have now done my part and given my vote.
I quite liked the show. Not my favorite thing ever, but a nice adaptation that kept me entertained throughout.
As for my tier list, bearing in mind that I don't remember all the characters too well, so it's very much just gut feeling with all of them:

Looks like Dracula and Carmilla are the top choices across all three ( @Mrs. NIGHTBRINGER , you and me) of our tier lists.

You didn't think the Judge was an intriguing character? Definitely a really dark character, but memorable.

Great minds think alike ;)

Hmm I'll have to confess that I didn't remember the Judge, which is the reasoning for his placement.
After doing a quick readup on him I'd place him higher - probably C tier. I think he had potential to rank higher, he just didn't quite get there for some reason, at least for me, possibly it's just that I feel Season 2 had the best character presentation overall (although the best I think is the first part of the show introducing Dracula), so he was drowned out a bit.

That reveal about the Judge at the end of the season was dark!

Agreed. With only a few episodes to work with, they really fleshed out the character. His soft side, his sophistication, his anger and his story motivation. Dracula was my favourite character in the show, just barely edging out Lenore.

I agree, and it was really well done with the foreshadowing.

Dracula was also my favorite characters, and yes they showed a lot of different sides of him. It just shows that if you do it well, you don't necessarily need a lot, to get a character to work and show the audience who they are.
