Years ago, my friends old desktop was so sensitive to static that his fluffy cat could cause it to shut down by rubbing against it. Of course she LOVED rubbing against it.

I wish I had a picture, my other friend's cat really LOVES the fake fireplace. When its turned out he will stretch out in front of stretching WAY farther than you'd think was possible to maximize heat absorption showing the cat is part slinky.

Cats love heat.
