What do you think of the new Leagues of Votann stuff, given they are the resurrection of Squats?

I love the vision. The background for Squats is finally given a polished treatment that makes them so much more than just fantasy Dwarfs in space, akin to how Eldar quickly became so much more than High Elves in space. No they finally have a driving vision that make them tick as part of a rich setting. Aesthetically, the choice to go for space miners, NASA-punk and arctic explorers is a sound choice. I prefer many things with the original Squat range, but I still like the League of Votann models. My main gripe is that the bodily proportions should be more rotund and shorter, and beards should be bigger.

I'm currently converting new League of Votann models.

In any case, They are most welcome as Squats, as are the Kharadron Overlord models from Age of Sigmar as Squats.

A lovely paint job! I wish they had gone one step more and freehand painted a design on the banner. Still, it's a very attractive and clean style.
