And why is that? :wacky:

KO are pretty cool, even if they are one of the weakest armies according to you guys.
They are weak right now. A KO player actually won a tournament (I forget which one) with them recently but he even said that you have to literally be perfect as KO to win. Measuring everything etc. There is no room for mistake. And to have a somewhat viable KO list you shouldn't take any of the gunships. Which is the whole reason I play KO lol. I'm hoping they get a battletome soon and get buffed.

To be honest, they and Seraphon are the only existing armies that don't have a tome built for Second Edition, so it's likely that both will be sorted out quite early next year. Given that each of these updates would only take one week's worth of releases, they could easily get one done in early January and still have the rest of that time for releasing those awful plastic Sisters of Battle, and the other perhaps in mid February or early March. Given that January's always been an AoS month before, I would be very surprised if GW did not use it to update one of these.

What's wrong with the Sisters of Battle?

I personally just have never liked them much, and was disappointed to see that they are getting a full load of plastic stuff yet GW axed Bretonnians and Tomb Kings, both of whom were still more popular than Sisters back in the day. Sisters didn't even have a published Codex during the 8th Fantasy and 5th/6th 40K years while Bretonnians and Tomb Kings both had published books, yet Sisters are getting new stuff while Bretonnians and Tomb Kings were dropped.

Settra does not serve AoS!

The Sisters release is kind of cool in the sense that their fan base had been waiting for them for so long. It feels like a deserved payoff for an extreme level of loyalty. I don't play 40k, but even I'm happy to see that fan base finally get their reward. The models are nice as well.

Tzeentch also doesn't have a proper 2nd edition tome either. They're not as lacking as seraphon and KO. But they especially lack durability, close to nothing has better than a 5+ save, and they also are completly toothless in melee. Even KO can bring some damage in melee.

They're original. They're a proper evolution of the dwarven archetype while being their own thing. They have gunships.

Chaos dwarfs are mostly just evil dwarfs, which isn't super unique. Their aesthetic is nice, but the basic concept isn't super amazing.

I can't dispute that KO are more unique than CD. As such, if that is your primary factor in deciding which army is better, it makes sense.

Oh yeah Brokk Grungson absolutely wrecks in melee. Had him bring down Arkhan in a single turn lol. My friends face was priceless.
