This Thanksgiving, I discovered that young or old, my family members only seek guidance or wisdom that happens to coincide with the preconceived notions and impulses.
We're probably all guilty of that to some degree or another. Confirmation bias is a powerful thing.

I sense this thread has somewhat diverged from its original scope... :p

Much like the Star Wars vs Star Trek and Dogs vs Cats treads that came before it. It keeps the thread relevant and visible to any potential new members who might want to weigh in on the topic. (not that we get many new members these days)

One of the reasons behind it (maybe), is that ATM we are running a forum softwre which is too old, and its age does not work well with Google as a search engine, as it has stopped listing us on searches.
This fact could be the reason why we have less new people joining us, if they cannot find out that the forum exist.
Hopefully this will be dealt with in the next months.

Perhaps. Or maybe once the 8th edition discussion faded from our ranks, the forum slowly followed suit. AoS was popular for a while but never had the same impact... while TOW's presence was laughable at best.

Or maybe the forum was never the same after the departure of @Lizards of Renown .
