How dangerous would the Piranha Blade and the Bane Head combo be?

Check out this thread that discussed the same thing. It sort of needs FAQing, and there wasn't a consensus, I don't really think you could use the two items together though. An attack can only be doubled once, in the same way a reroll can only ever happen once.
