Help Oldblood On Carnosaur Conversion

Picked up an army lot a few weeks back that included the Seraphon start collecting kit as well as a few other older models from Fantasy, only to find out that the carnosaur rider's torso pieces were missing from the sprue entirely. Was completely satisfied with the rest of the lot otherwise. Seeing as I didn't purchase this kit from GW itself I doubt I would be able to request replacement parts. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I might cobble together a replacement torso that I could glue the limbs and head onto in order to complete the model?
