you can only have 1 dispell scroll per army, it`s a unique item
drop 1 or 2 priests, spend more points on your Temple Guards.

your saurus wariors must all have the same weapons, you can`t mix

try to run your TG full command, it works better.

skinks work better in units of 10, they can manouver better that way.
also to my opinion blowpipes do more damage

Drop 1 unit of saurus, and try to get a salamander of 2.
