8th Ed. No Slaan

Hey all,

As it stands I have no luck with a slann what so ever so i thought id try something a little bit different and leave the frog at home. Here we go.

Old blood- GW, Armor of destiny, dawnstone

Priest- lvl 2 beasts with cube
Priest- lvl 2 heavens with scroll

Scar vet- GW, BSB

50X Saurus horde with full command and spears

10X skrirmishers with javs and shield X2

20X Temple Guard with full command

Ancient steg with engine

Steg with sharpened horns

5X CoR with full command and spears

that leaves me 95 points out of 2.4k to purchase a few toys.

Anyone have any insight

I'd suggest getting both Saurus characters on Cold Ones, they are just better like that!

Otherwise, I always suggest Salamanders. Maybe a Standard of Discipline on the BSB?

It seems reasonably solid though I have to say.
