You have to read the rules: Do NOT post individual points cost for units/items! Also, do NOT copy+paste directly out of armybuilder, the whole post looks messy. I cleaned it out a little, you can do the rest. for instance:

1 Ancient Stegadon (magical contraption; Big, ugly and scary; Stupendously large, other special rule)

you dont need to put point costs and items and special rules but it is still decent army list

I think I would drop the Cold one Cavalry (as you need 10 in order to disrupt another unit). With those points, I would add kroxigors to the skink unit and work in at least 5 chameleons (maybe two units of 5).
