The humanoid form that's referenced is on the mural the skinks are passing. "the drakes stood alongside horned centaurs, ranged against hybrids of humanoid and dragon crowned by dark storms".

So Kragnos' race allied with the drakes fighting against what I would assume were Dragon-Ogors.

Kragnos was an enemy of the dragons who activly tried to genocide them, so that can't be right.

yeah, not sure if I like it. I mean it's cool and all, but the goofyness of the squigs is getting lost.
 
The draconiths and Kragnos’ people were kind of neutral to each other because they fought off the dragon ogres together, and though that didn’t lead to any formal alliance they both were otherwise peaceful cultures that went “those guys are alright, we don’t have to worry about them”.

Kragnos personally turned on them with his band of murderous allies because he’d run out of other things worthy of a fight, and their fighting back killed his friends (which made him get so made he started committing infanticide on them, and they in return started fighting his people because they assumed it was a horrible genocidal war rather than one guy who sucked). That’s where his genocidal hatred of dragons comes from, making his friends fight an enemy that killed them in self defense
 
Ah, thought they were never on great terms to begin with and Kragnos just caused the tensions to flare back up again after a relativly peacefull period.

In that case, nevermind.
 
So, are there any recent rumours/leaks? Or is it just currently lore discussion.

The fig are awesome but an army like that ? Or maybe like Gotrek 2 heros for all order army
 
Those have to be the most boring dragons I have seen in a long time.

But model-wise GW was on a really good roll for like several months across all gaming systems, so coming out with subpar models had to happen sometime, lol.
 
They look oddly human, not sure if I like that...

Wish they were clear about what faction these belong to though.

O and of course it's yet another creature that's "among the most magically potent being" cuz everyone of significance with a hint of magical power in AoS is a super powerfull wizard I guess.
 
I like the one without SCE gubbins. Plain as he may be, that just leaves plenty of room for customization or use as something else.

But of course they're just in the SCE battletome according to the article.

Shame.
 
They did mention a lot of "allies of all order factions" nonsense, so maybe they're like Gotrek or SoB and can be taken as allies despite being too expensive?
