I'm drawing a blank here trying to remember. If a Hurakan unit uses the Move Like the Wind feature to pile *out* of a combat, they should wind up either exactly 3" or slightly more away from the unit that charged them. Can the enemy unit then still "re-pile" into the Hurakan unit?
If yes, it's...okay, I suppose. Would be better if the Hurakan temple had a melee unit to speak of. If no, it's *very* good.
For the spell...I can't imagine anyone but Teclis using it to heal himself. I don't reckon Lumineth are short of ways to ignore battleshock. Nor do they have many multiwound models that'll benefit from d3 healing. It would be quite a tax to bring a Hurakan wizard just to give spot healing to, say, a Mountain Spirit.
Grand Windrider looks like fun, if the Windchargers turn out to be good!
And the relic looks fun too!
