AoS NEW *rumor*

I'm definitely getting them, just because of how cool the models are. Hopefully they'll have reasonably good rules for AoS.

Even if they don’t, they work perfectly to replace basically all the resin heroes except the starseer (and if you’re making chameleons out of the blood bowl ones, this one is the perfect alpha for them).

Im hopeful they’re good on their own though, it’d be nice to have a new release shake up lists a little

This well-dressed fellow hails from the Vyrgos Dynasty of Soulblight Vampires. As you can probably tell from his fancy attire, Kritza was once counted among the nobility of Ulfenkarn (which you can read about in our first Cursed City crier). Unfortunately, his attempts to secretly undermine the lord of the land led him to an ill fate, and he was horribly mauled by Radukar the Wolf.

Against all odds, Kritza escaped by heaving himself into a Corpse Cart and playing dead among the lifeless bodies it carried. He sustained his ravaged body by feasting upon the blood of the rats he found gnawing on the corpses stowed alongside him. Kritza soon discovered he’d unwittingly been granted the Blood Kiss by his ferocious assailant and was slowly evolving into one of the Soulblight.

You may have noticed the Rat Prince’s fabulous (or should that be verminous?) cloak and somewhat murine appearance. Well, it appears that his unorthodox transformation into a vampire had some unusual side-effects. In addition to being accompanied by his ‘vermintide’ of rats – both living and undead – Kritza can transform into a swarm of rodents to evade his foes.

And it looks like the new Broken Realms book is not Gordrakk or Malerion, but Be'lakor instead:

I’m pretty sure GW mentioned it when they teased Be’lakor’s model. I was worried for a minute when I heard someone saying the third book would be about stupid Alarielle for some inapparent reason with Be’lakor guest starring, but I’m pleased to see that isn’t the case. It would have really annoyed me if GW had made the entire Broken Realms saga purely about the Elf gods, because they’re starting to get boring.

Some sort of 40K 'medic' kit

Grrr, Imrahil

Probably Imperial Guard given the logo on the bag is a play on the Imperial Aquila, though Guard already have plastic medics. Surely GW aren’t going to be so biased towards the Imperium that they give Guard a second plastic command squad kit, when they’ve already got one that’s fine?

Could be IG, though I wouldn't be surprised by Necromunda either - medicae kits are purchasable items for your gangers. The only thing going against that idea is that there's already two "medic" models available, but at the same time there's nothing available for specific ganger upgrades of this sort.

mmm... Do you know if Genestealer Cult have a medic? It's unlikely, but that could be an option too.

That's a very good point, I thought they did but it appears they don't.

Does that mean the spiked Tyranidy tail from aeons ago might be a Genestealer Cult model then? Because it's unlikely GW would give Tyranids and Genestealer Cults new models together. I personally hope not because though I like Genestealer Cults, I prefer Tyranids proper and want GW to give them a decent update including a new model.

And now, a new episode of "Crazily cool ideas that won't ever be developed by GW"

a 3 armies box, all with new models.
Background: in the system of (insert name), the imperial forces are facing an insurrection of a mysterious mutant cult, that praises the coming some unspecified saviour from the stars. Except the "space gods" have arrived, in the heat of the fight, and they are not exacly filled with good intentions...

GSC - new units, including a medic a new aberrations
Tyranids - nuff' said
IG - plastic kit for a famous regiment, be it Steel legion, Mordian, whatever.

Oh, what a box it would be...
