You can cast inside though, so cant you just move Slann in then summon BwV?You might be able to start the Slann outside, summon BwV, then garrison inside and the BwV would follow. It doesn's say the unit must be able to move, just be within 6".
There is an errata for BwV in the Skaven list on the community site. It clarifies that the BwV follows a model when the model isn't removed from having been slain. GW has said that is applies across the board and not just to the skaven.BwV needs an errata. It rules don't work in conjunction with garrison rules. BwV + caster that summoned it count as one model as long as they are on the battlefield, but going into a garrison removes the caster model from the battlefield. Current rules give no indication what happens with the BwV model in this case, just that caster + BwV model don't count as a single model anymore. The common sense approach means it does not work.
You’d lose a turn without BwV but that is also doableYou can cast inside though, so cant you just move Slann in then summon BwV?
No idea if you can actually cast it from inside if your model isn't on the table. You can cast inside though, so cant you just move Slann in then summon BwV?

garasen units do use the building as their model wile insideI would like that... That will be my argument if someone says i can't do it![]()
Exactly, So if they take an extreme just take the other end. Then meet in the middle where you're right to begin with and happygarasen units do use the building as their model wile inside
Oh, you mean Gaming Book?no the small book with all the rules in it the one that is saposed to condense them all
yupOh, you mean Gaming Book?
skiter leap is a teleport you remove both the wizard and the BW and move it. later GW confirmed that it aplise to all model removal@LizardWizard Skaven Designer's Commentary talks about BwV in combination with a "Skitterleap" ability. No idea what that does, and no mention of that interaction being some kind of default. No mention of BwV in the Skaven errata. Did you mean something else?
Nope that is the one. GW has said that BwV moves with the caster and that it doesn't only apply to Skitterleap. I will try to find the follow up post where it was clarified.@LizardWizard Skaven Designer's Commentary talks about BwV in combination with a "Skitterleap" ability. There is currently nothing that would stop a garrisoned unit from controlling an objectives. However, If GW lets us place our terrain within 3" of objectives, like other factions, then we might should expect an errat specific to the Realmshaper Engine if it doesn't already have a rule on its warscroll. That being said. I hope it can be placed within 3" and that they don't make any errata regarding the garrisoned units holding objectives.I can't see anything regarding objective control here. Maybe I'm blind or something
