Hey guys, I am not sure if somebody posted this already but I'll find the link and post it in a moment apparently somebody that has a friend that works for GW has stated that he is seeing blurry images of details about a new seraphon battletome.

But more importantly images of new endless spells and a Terrain piece which sounds like we'll be a spawning pool.

These were posted on Warhammer Community the person will not divulge his source concerned they would get them in trouble but the implication is we would hear about it around April or May and again these are rumors.

Interesting... I'd love to see what spell models and terrain they come up with. Hopefully it is still Aztec/Mayan based and not space based.
 
I really hope that spawning pool will restore models to existing units and heal multi-wound ones if the rumors are true.

Also wish battletome want be changing balance much. We are not far from tier 1 army, just need little tweaks here and there. Own spell lore, more artifacts and traits - 6 for slann, skinks and saurus each, couple of new battalions to replace retired ones and warscroll/cost adjustments for underperforming units.
 
I'd like to have more different play styles available. Right now there is hardly any reason to play without a Slann for example.
Making a Skink the general is just a waste.
And even with the Slann, mostly it is a no brainer that you have to play summoning tactics because our spells choices are not plenty enough.

Also this in february white dwarf :) Seems to be a bit of lore change. Rumors go in :)
 
if Seraphon get a rework like Beasts of Chaos or Goblins, we will see a lot of new units/Warscrolls.
i dont think they will give up the summoning, from the few of marketing there is nothing better for earning money :D.
endless spells of course will be great! A gigantic Dino Spirit sounds awesome!
i hope for some wound changes for all saurus models (Warriors, guards, knights,kroxigors).
they sould at least as tough as orcs.
 
Yeah I almost don't dare to hope.
But I think GW really did a great job with releases lately, and they have been upgrading old factions (pre GHB) so yeah... hard to not be excited.
 
As far as i remember , it's different allegiance abilities according to the Legion you are from ( Sacrament, Nagash, Blood, Death ... ) with similarities between .

the idea of a saurus list with heavy infantry ( plz god more then 1 wound) going forward like a bullwark is so exciting!!!
 
Probably something like more skirmish / magic allegiance for skinks , while brutal stuff for saurus, and creature oriented for mixed. Hope we'll figured it out asap if rumors are true.
 
@Aktanolt that's from a White Dwarf from around 2017 :/ but these rumors have me excited no less!
 
Old gods let it be true! My birthday is towards the end of March. Let the stars align!
 
Just been looking at the rumours and hes just posted again all the same info but mentioned about variations to kits like flesheaters? Does he mean like the head swaps on the crypt flayers and that?
