Might be because slann are generic and not named characters? Perhaps(hopefully!) Kroak will know them all?

I'm fairly sure that Kroak isn't supposed to know the whole spell lore.. He has his own spells and that's it (although 1 out of 2 is now on a mere skink oracle)

yes, but nagash and arkhan have his own spells too and if the slanns is one of the most powerful mage in the world, i don't understand why they don't know all spells lore and arkhan a mage "less" powerfull yes.

I think what we've seen so far is a great start. If you go into this thinking we will keep all the old busted stuff that doesn't match the current state of the game, then you're going to be very disappointed.

This book is going to be a huge update. We are going to lose a lot of our old rules. Be prepared.

Yes, I know that we lose many rules, but new rules and a change in our gameplay can be interesting. I just hope that everything is fairly playable and we don't have to go back to 1-2 highly competitive lists and the rest ...

PS: Yes, I'm so excited about the new book, and that's why I write a lot, that and that in my group I am the only lizard currently (I know of some who want to start) xDD

Agree with you wholeheartedly! I'm just hoping the new changes are enough to make up for whatever we lose. I understand them having to change so much since we're such an old army.

Just one more day until we see the first reviews start cropping up!

1+ modifiable save would be interesting, but the loss of saves vs mortal wounds isn't
