I am trying to build a 2400 point army list but i cant decide what to do with my last 250 points i will mostly be playing high elves empire and daemons but would like the list to be able to play other armies and be used in tournements so please help me.

Which lore on the Slann? You could flesh out one of your 16 skink units into a nice skink/kroxigor unit, maybe 24/3krox. It would give you a third "block" and your other 16 skinks could perform flanking maneuvers. Also noticed no miscast protection on the Slann... you could give him cupped hands.. although maybe you're going with lore of life?

Failing all of that, a stegadon might fit in well enough, it would make the enemy artillery choose between the juicy EotG steg and the other steg that is charging his lines.
