AoS Need help creating a 1.5k Lord Kroak list

Hey can I get some help creating a l1.5k list that has lord kroak in it

I feel like kroak is a little to spensive for a 1k list, his summons are neutered as well as his one unique spell, and he doesn't really give you enough room for your troops. Honestly just take a regular slann starmaster if you really want a slann in this list

I really like this list, it seems really defensive provided you don't let your infantry stroll too far from kroak. It has the potential to get rid of scary heroes, banners, and monsters with all its strong ranged shots from the basti and with kroaks spells, while leaving your eternal starhost to just chill and wipe out anything that gets too close to kroak

Ccan we use guards as battleline if using non Seraphon models in Our army?

Yes, but they cannot benefit from the order abilities or artefacts. So the hurricanum won't be able to get a phoenix stone but Kroak and engine or skinkbheroes can.
