Not knowing what you have access to I would say drop the kroxigor and the razordon. Either boost a unit of guard and knights, or throw in a third sally and a starseer. That should put you at 2500 and give a bit more cohesion to your force.

So i chang my list a bit by playing proxy games and watching videos but i have 500 point to fill but dont know what to do with it but my list so far is

That's the exact list I took recently, its a nice mix maybe put a slann and an engine of the gods in there, with the star seer it gives you a reasonable chance of getting the extra turn

Taking an extra turn sound like fun. lol tell me if im wrong but the point of the chameleonskinks is to assassinate enemy heros pluse what are your thoughts on a dread saurian and a jade battlemage

Slann and engine is a good option, but dread saurian anf battlemage just sounds like more fun!

No that's not true, the guard are still battleline, and you can take the order artefacts. The battlemage just may bot have any of the artefacts. It works like this, a Seraphon allegiance automatically gains the order allegiance abilities, they did this for any army thatdoes not have a specialized allegiance.
In the FAQ it shows that or Sylavaneth allegiance you can still bring stormcast, they just don't gain the benefits of the allegiance.

In short battlemage does not affect your battleline choice, battleline choice does effect your battlemage though, as he can't gain artefacts if you have specialty battleline.
