any good? improvements? where theres an / which number should i take??

A unit of temple guard and a slann might be a bit pricey for just a 1500 points army. Other than that it looks like a good basic army

i could replace with some more sarus, skinks and a skink chieftain and priest?

Ummm well you could pick up a Skink Priest AND a Scar Veteran as well as stick a few more models into your units. That would be the most basic thing to do
