A good addition to the thread.I'm going to add these as I think of them, as I'm currently brainstorming about it.
Quick and easy muzzle burn:

Note that you can adjust with any sepia, purple, and darker blue. I've done this effect with what i had available.
He makes it look so easy (but we all know that it isn't!). Very interesting.https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZT651afwb/
I love this dude's videos. I've watched the entire series that he's done on trogdor, but this one overlaps the most with what we do.
This guy creates and sculpts large models from baking clay. But his video style is extremely helpful when learning sculpting. I actually now know how to use a ball tool correctly because of this video.
And although I don't personally use an airbrush, this has given me some tone layering ideas. Working up from red to skin tone was something I had never considered before.
His resin work is fantastic. The guy who has this channels works on a lot of dioramas, so there's a lot of ideas applicable to basing, kitbashing, painting and so on to be gleaned from his work.

There's plenty of other sources for round shields, including other manufacturers. I would recommend the round shields from Fireforge's Northmen Warriors as an alternative, just for example. The shields are plain but that just gives an opportunity to practice freehand or using transfers.A very nice and quick kitbash, though unfortunately it won't age well given those new Marauders look very much to have wooden shields:

However, unless you already have a WoC force you'll likely be sourcing the shields and weapons from bitz sites anyway rather than purchasing a full Marauder Horseman box just for shields, and those sites should still have some older Marauder Horseman shields around for a while yet. Indeed, now that Dunc no longer works for GeeDubs he was free to openly mention bitz traders to get the shields from anyway.
I'm just after the heads, if they are the same size as the old marauders. I dislike intensely the old head sculpts.A very nice and quick kitbash, though unfortunately it won't age well given those new Marauders look very much to have wooden shields:

also a good basis for bubbling lava or blood.
