AoS Magic and shooting into and out of combat + other

I played a game of AoS yesturday and to my surprise it was really fun... All though I am not seeing it as a replacement for 8th (wich I like better) just as another game.

Ok, so playing I came into this doubts:

1. Can you shoot into a unit that is in close combat with the unit that wants to shoot or another of you units?
2. Can you cast magic into a unit that is in combat with the unit that wants to cast, or another of you units
3. Can you shoot or cast magic when you are in close combat and the target is another unit (not the one you are figthing)?
4. Can you mive and than charge?

If anyone knows the answer to this it would be awesome

Does it ever refer to units being " in close combat" or just models that are close to other models?

4 = Yes. Move in the move phase. Charge in the charge phase. (Just do not run in the move phase. )

There is no more 'in close combat.' You can always shoot units if you can see them and you're in range.

Same as above.

4. Can you mive and than charge?

Yes, per the base rules. There are stipulations, such as the 3" stuff.

Where is the, if-you-can-see-them rule?

"First, you must pick the target units for
the attacks. In order to attack an enemy
unit, an enemy model from that unit must
be ... visible to the attacker (if
unsure, stoop down and get a look from
behind the attacking model to see if the
target is visible). For the purposes of
determining visibility, an attacking model
can see through other models in its unit."

Like before, models can see through their own unit, but they can only see around other units (if they can see around them at all).

Well, I'm an INTJ... so the moment they came out, I've been obsessing over the base rules and armybooks, trying to strike a balance in the 'list-building phase.'I think that I've done it with a pretty rudimentary system. It would have been nice if they had provided it, but all in all, I used to DM so I love figuring out that sort of thing in the fly. It actually reminded me of the old days, when I'd set up all manners of encounters and scenes with my players. Great stuff. Speaking more to that point, I like that some of the new rules are just silly and require the player to get in character. Hopefully that sticks around.

Obviously some things still need clarification and there's room for abuse. For the most part, I think that time will show us there's quite a lot of complexity to this game. Elements like the Battleshock phase, Sudden Death, ambushers... these are all very intriguing approaches that can tip the game very quickly. That's good, too, because the game is much faster to begin with.

I'm eager to see how this ruleset tackles WAAC lists, the campaigns they design, the fluff, the flexibility to take whatever you want (can't wait to field Lizards/TK).
